1. General Rule — No Refund on Digital Products
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, delivered, or downloaded, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
This applies to:

BulkMockup Photoshop Plugin
-
BillNexa POS & Billing Application (PC and Android)
-
Any future digital products sold on mockupstudio.in
This is consistent with standard digital goods policy under Indian consumer law, where downloadable software is exempt from the standard return and refund rules applicable to physical goods.
2. BulkMockup Plugin — Refund Terms
There is no free trial version available for the BulkMockup Plugin. We strongly recommend contacting us with any pre-purchase questions before buying.
Refunds for BulkMockup will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

The product was never delivered or accessible after confirmed payment.

A verified technical defect confirmed by us makes the product completely non-functional on a supported system.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 6 business days. We reserve the right to assess and approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
3. BillNexa — Refund Terms
BillNexa offers a free trial period on both the Windows PC version and the Android mobile version. The trial is provided specifically so you can evaluate all features before committing to a paid subscription.
Once a paid subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription days. Downgrading, pausing, or cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
4. Google Play Store Purchases — Special Notice
If you purchased a BillNexa subscription through the Google Play Store, please read this carefully:

Your subscription is fully managed by Google, not by us.

You must manually cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store under My Subscriptions to stop future charges.

You will continue to be automatically charged by Google every billing cycle until you cancel yourself.

We are not responsible for any charges that occur because you did not cancel your Google Play subscription on time.

Refund requests for Google Play purchases are subject entirely to Google’s own refund policy. We have limited or no control over Google-managed transactions and cannot process refunds on Google’s behalf.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You did not use the free trial before purchasing BillNexa.

You purchased the wrong product or plan.

Your system does not meet the minimum requirements stated on the product page at mockupstudio.in.

You experienced issues caused by third-party software, operating system conflicts, or unsupported environments.

You failed to cancel a Google Play subscription on time.

The request is submitted after 7 days of purchase.

GST-related issues, filing errors, or compliance matters.
7. GST on Refunds
If a refund is approved, the GST component included in your original payment may or may not be refunded depending on the nature of the transaction and applicable Indian tax regulations at the time. We are not responsible for any GST input credit reversal or adjustment on your end. Please consult your accountant for guidance.
