1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any product from mockupstudio.in (operated by Gajanan Communications, Hubli, Karnataka, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
These terms apply to all products sold on this website, including BulkMockup Photoshop Plugin and BillNexa POS & Billing Application.
2. Our Products
We offer the following digital software products:
BulkMockup Plugin — An Adobe Photoshop plugin for bulk mockup generation. Sold as a one-time purchase or subscription. No physical goods are delivered.
BillNexa — A Point-of-Sale and billing SaaS application for Indian small businesses. Available for Windows PC and Android. Sold as a subscription plan.
All products are digital, downloadable software. No physical product is shipped. Upon successful payment, access credentials or download links will be provided via email.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the purchased software for your personal or business purposes, subject to the following conditions:
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key or credentials with any third party.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software in any manner.
One license is valid for one business or one individual unless a multi-seat license is explicitly purchased.
Violation of license terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Once a purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to the product via email. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are generally final. Since our products are downloadable software and digital licenses, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except as described below.
BulkMockup Plugin
No trial version is available for BulkMockup Plugin.
Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical non-delivery or product defect confirmed by us).
If approved, the refund process may take up to 6 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at manju.dhongadi5@gmail.com.
BillNexa
BillNexa offers a free trial period on both PC and Android versions. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the product thoroughly during the trial before purchasing.
Once a paid subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
The trial period is the only opportunity to evaluate BillNexa before committing to a paid plan.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Important:Â If you purchase a BillNexa subscription through the Google Play Store, your subscription is managed entirely by Google. You must cancel it directly in the Google Play Store to stop future charges.
Cancellation of a Google Play subscription must be done manually by you through the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
You will continue to be charged automatically by Google until you cancel the subscription yourself.
We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel a Google Play subscription on time.
Refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google’s own refund policy. We have limited control over Google-managed transactions.
Subscriptions purchased directly through mockupstudio.in can be cancelled by contacting us during business hours.
7. GST & Tax Compliance
We collect GST where applicable on eligible digital product sales in compliance with Indian tax regulations. A GST invoice will be provided upon request for eligible purchases.
Disclaimer:Â We are not responsible for your personal or business GST filing, tax returns, input tax credit (ITC) claims, or any GST-related compliance requirements. We do not provide GST advisory, filing assistance, or respond to GST dispute queries. For all GST matters, please consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or GST practitioner.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, branding, designs, documentation, and content on mockupstudio.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Gajanan Communications and its owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or copyrighted material without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Gajanan Communications and its owners shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products.
Data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss resulting from software issues.
Damages caused by third-party services, platforms (including Google Play or Adobe), or payment processors.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the last 3 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on mockupstudio.in. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
